We produce written appeal documents for you to send in your own name. You remain the person appealing throughout: you decide what to send, you send it, and you deal with the responses.
We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent you before any operator, adjudicator or court. Nothing on this site is a prediction or promise of an outcome.
Documents, delivered digitally and immediately. The Airport Appeal Pack costs £4.99 and contains a formal representation to the parking operator and an appeal for the independent adjudicator that follows it. Prices shown at checkout include VAT where it applies.
Because your documents are produced and delivered as soon as you pay, you are asked at checkout to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends the usual 14-day right to cancel digital content. You cannot complete a purchase without agreeing, and we record the agreement against your case.
This does not affect your rights if what we supplied was faulty, not as described, or not supplied at all. It also does not affect the separate BinMyPCN refund guarantee.
The documents are drafted from what you tell us. If the details you give are wrong, the documents will be wrong, and that is not something we can refund.
For airport and other keeper-liability appeals, one obligation matters more than the rest: do not tell anyone who was driving. The appeal depends on the driver’s identity being unknown. If you disclose it — to the operator, the adjudicator, or anyone acting for them — the appeal will likely fail and the guarantee will not apply.
You are responsible for meeting deadlines. We show you the ones we know about, but the appeal is yours to submit.
We check before taking payment whether an appeal can realistically work. Where it cannot — a leased or company-registered vehicle, a driver who has already been named, or a case that has reached court — we will tell you and decline the sale rather than take the money.
The BinMyPCN refund guarantee is set out in full on the guarantee page, including the time limits and the circumstances in which it does not apply. Outside that guarantee, if something has gone wrong with your order, contact us and we will look at it.
We take reasonable care in producing your documents. We are not liable for the outcome of an appeal, for a charge you end up paying, or for deadlines you miss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. To contact us, reply to your receipt email.
